Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the rear safety belt D-ring assemblies may not rotate freely around the safety belt anchorage mounting bolt. In the event of a medium to high vehicle impact , the inability of D-ring to rotate may limit the performance of the rear safety belt system, causing personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect the rear safety belt system and repair accordingly.
