Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the auxiliary engine radiator fan blades coudl separate from the hub. If this condition occurs, debris from failed blades could leave the fan housing and cause material damages and/or personal injuries or death. Correction: Dealers will replaced the radiator fan with a newly designed (thicker blades) fan.
