Issue
Hazard description
On certain vehicles, D-Coach facelift windows are experiencing de-bounding. De-bounding is a partial separation of the insulated glass unit to the glass frame on both the inner and outer panes of glass. Even though no separation from coaches were reported, if neglected, it could result in material damages and/or personal injuries. Correction: MCI will instruct their clients to inspect the windows for signs of water leak, wind noise or partial de-bonding. Windows showing these signs will be replaced.
