Hazard description
On certain vehicles, during the installation of an infant seat on the 3rd row seat, the seatbelt mechanism might revert back to the Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) mode vs. an Automatic Locking Retractor (ALR) mode. Toyota has initiated a Customer Support program to provide replacement parts to prevent the ALR from reverting to ELR mode. Correction: Dealers will install a newly designed seatbelt component free of charge.
