Hazard description
On certain snowmobiles, cracks may develop in the weld joints of the drive axle assembly which may lead to a complete breakage of the component. This may cause the track of the vehicle to suddenly lock with the potential of the riders to be ejected off the vehicle or loose control which could result in a vehicle crash causing injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the drive axle.
