Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the seatbelt tether between the seatbelt floor anchor point and the suspension seatbelt anchor point was not installed. In a severe impact, failure to install the tether strap may cause the seat and seatbelt to deform & separate from the mounting location. This situation could result in personal injuries or death. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.
