Hazard description
On certain trailers, the pivot bolts may not have been torqued to specs at installation. If the fasteners are loose, it could result in premature bushing / hanger wear and loss of axle attachment. This situation may result in a crash causing property damages, personal injuries or death. Correction: Owners will be advised to inspect and torque to specs or have their dealers to do it.
