Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the aluminium bracket that support the hydraulic cab tilt mechanism may fail, allowing the cab to either fall unrestrained back onto chassis or if past the break over point, fall forward to the ground. Either scenario may result in personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the affected brackets.
