Certain vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 1201 - Snowmobile Standards. The vehicle's top speed exceeds the maximum permissible speed of 24.14 km/h (15 mph) prescribed for this class of vehicle. Higher vehicle speed could increase the risk of a crash causing property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will install an accelerator travel limiter.
