Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the rear axle ABS modulating valve may have been wired incorrectly - the right and left modulator valve harness pin could have been reversed at the ABS Electronic Control Unit (ECU) connector. Under slippery road conditions, when in the ABS mode, this wiring problem could cause one side of the rear wheels to lock, while applying little or no braking to the opposite side. This could cause a loss of vehicle control and a crash, resulting in property damage, personal injury or death. Correction: Dealer will reverse the harness pins inside the ECU connector.
