2008–2009 Canadian Electric Vehicles Might-E Truck Recall

Certain Low-Speed Vehicles (LSV) fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. Specifically, the units were not equipped with rear reflex reflectors, which could render the vehicle less visible to other motorists during hours of darkness, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash causing personal injury or death. Correction: Reflex reflectors will be mailed to owners along with instructions for proper installation.
