Hazard description
Certain scooters do not have any horizontal headlight aim adjustment. This does not comply with the requirements of TSD 7.8.2. The handlebar mounted headlight is aimed at the time of manufacture. Correction: Since this does not pose any safety risk, no corrective action is required.
