Hazard description
On certain infant carrier, the bolt in the carrier handle could loosen and allow the handle to detach from unit. If an infant is unharnessed in the carrier while being manually transported outside a vehicle, there is the potential of the infant falling out and get injured. Correction: The company will provide a "fix kit" consisting of instructions, bolts and tool to carry out the repair.
