Hazard description
Certain tires may exhibit a bulge in the lower sidewall (of the white sidewall side) which indicates a separation of the two lower sidewall components. Tire failure could cause the driver to lose vehicle control, which may result in a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Retailers will replace affected tires.
