2007–2012 Atc Ss Motorcycle Trailer Recall

On certain trailers equipped with an extended hitch, a frame section (near the front cross member) could fatigue and fail. This could allow the towed unit to detach from the towing vehicle, possibly striking another vehicle, a stationary object, or a bystander, causing property damage and/or personal injury.
