Certain multi-function school activity buses fail to comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 217 - Bus Window Retention, Release and Emergency Exits. The rear emergency exit door may be partially blocked by the seats. Should an emergency situation arise, this may hinder evacuation efforts and increase the risk of personal injury to vehicle occupants. Correction: Dealers will relocate the seats.
