Hazard description
On certain coaches equipped with a sedan style entrance door, thirty minutes after the park brake is set and the ignition is turned OFF, the entrance door will close without warning. This could result in personal injury if someone is in the doorway. Correction: Authorized MCI service facilities will reprogram the Actia multiplex controller.
