Hazard description
Certain motorhomes fail to conform to the the park brake and draw bar requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 121 - Air Brake Systems. Should the vehicle be parked on a slope, and the transmission shift lever be in any position other than PARK, it may result in unintended vehicle movement which could cause a crash resulting in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Spartan authorized repair facilities will install improved brake chambers.
