Hazard description
On certain school buses, the electrical panel cover, situated above the driver, may not have been adequately secured during vehicle assembly. Vibration could cause the cover to fall, which could injure or startle the driver. This could result in a vehicle crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will modify the electrical panel and the frame surrounding the panel.
