2006–2011 Cottrell Classic Series Trailers Recall

On certain car hauler trailers equipped with Meritor TL series axles, the wheel bearings may wear prematurely. Bearing failure could cause a wheel-end fire, which could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Authorized service facilities will replace the hub assemblies. Note: This recall supersedes recall 2012012. Trailers that were repaired under the previous campaign will also need to be repaired under this campaign.
