Hazard description
On certain truck-mounted telescopic articulating aerial devices, the boom pivot pin may have been manufactured incorrectly and could fail. This could allow the boom to fall, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Authorized service centers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the boom pivot pin.
