Certain infant/child/booster seats may not comply with the dynamic testing requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 213 - Child Restraint Systems, CMVSS 213.1 - Infant Restraint Systems and CMVSS 213.2 - Booster Seats. The car seat's movable headrest could extend during a crash. Correction: No corrective recall action is required as the technical non-compliance is deemed to be non-safety related.
