Hazard description
On certain coaches, the ground wire (to the alternator housing) could chafe against the alternator positive wire connector. This could cause abrasion damage to the ground wire insulation, possibly resulting in an electrical short circuit. An electrical short could result in a vehicle fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will reposition the wiring harness.
