Hazard description
On certain fire trucks, the rod end casting on the aerial device hydraulic lift cylinder may have been manufactured incorrectly and could fail. This could allow the boom to fall, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the hydraulic cylinders.
