Certain infant/child/booster seats may not comply with the dynamic testing requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 213 - Child Restraint Systems and CMVSS 213.1 - Infant Restraint Systems. The car seat's movable headrest could change adjustment position during a crash. Correction: No corrective recall action is required as the technical non-compliance is deemed to be non-safety related.
