Hazard description
On certain crew-cab vehicles, incorrect anchor nuts may have been installed on rear seat belt attachment points. This could affect seat belt mounting, potentially resulting in seat belt separation in a crash, which could increase the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will inspect the seat belt weld nuts and repair as necessary.
