Issue
Hazard description
On certain golf cars, the front wheel fasteners may have been over tightened during wheel installation at the factory. Over tightening could result in the wheel studs pulling away from the hub, causing hub cracking and potentially deforming the wheels themselves. If the hubs are cracked, the front wheels could detach from the vehicle during operation, which could result in a crash causing injury or property damage. Correction: Dealers will replace the front wheel hubs and all four wheels with new ones that have the proper paint treatment.
