2014–2015 Britax Marathon Recall

Certain child seats may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 213 – Child Restraint Systems. Discrepancies exist between the English and French seat belt routing in the instruction manual. Correction: A production change has been undertaken to remedy these technical non-compliance conditions. No corrective recall action is required as the technical non-compliance condition is deemed to be non-safety related.
