Hazard description
On certain brush chipper units, the mounting flanges for the discharge chute could crack or fail due to stress and/or fatigue. This could result in the chute separating from the brush chipper while the unit is being towed down a roadway, creating a road hazard for other motorists, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will reposition the discharge chute rotation clamp locations and add and additional rotation clamp.
