Hazard description
On certain motorcycles, the fuel tank breather valve may have been omitted during assembly. Under certain riding conditions, this could result in fuel to escape from the fuel tank breather assembly. Leaking fuel in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will install a fuel tank breather valve and reroute the vent hose.
