Hazard description
On certain aerial devices, the upper fibreglass boom could fail. This could increase the risk of injury to the operator or any bystanders. Correction: Owners will be sent instructions on how to inspect for fibreglass degradation. If no fibreglass degradation is found the unit can continue to be used but must be inspected monthly until the unit can be inspected by Altec.
