Hazard description
Certain convertible infant/child car seats may not comply with the requirements of the Canada Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seats Safety Regulations (RSSR). The webbing used may not meet the strength requirements of the regulations. This could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Correction: Registered owners will receive a repair kit containing new harness restraints and installation instructions. Non-registered owners of affected car seats or owners who have moved should contact the Canadian distributor, Newell Industries Canada Ltd., at 1-800-345-4109 to obtain a repair kit or if they have any questions.
