Hazard description
On certain vehicles, if an operator maintains activation of the foot control switch of the ladder after releasing the joystick control, the ladder could rotate into an unsafe position. This could increase the risk of injury to the operator, or bystanders near the ladder. Correction: KME will update vehicle software.
