Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the panoramic sliding sunroof could develop leaks in the areas near the curtain airbags and cause damage to the electrical contacts. In the event of a crash warranting deployment of the curtain airbags, this could cause the curtain airbag(s) not to deploy properly, increasing the risk of injury to occupants. Correction: Dealers will check the bonding of the panoramic sliding sunroof and the electrical contacts of the curtain airbags, and repair as necessary. Note: This condition may result in the illumination of an airbag warning light in the instrument cluster.
