This recalls affects certain flatbed trailers equipped with twistlocks (container securing locks) made by Buffers USA (model 3600-HA). The twistlocks do not have a secondary locking mechanism that prevent them to unlock while in use. This could allow a container to become unstable, slip, tip or detach from the trailer.
