Hazard description
Issue: On certain trailers, the emergency exit window at the rear of the trailer is blocked by the roof ladder. This could make it difficult or impossible to use the exit window in an emergency. Safety Risk: An emergency exit that is blocked could increase the risk of injury in an emergency. Corrective Actions: The company will notify owners by mail and instruct them to take their vehicle to a dealer for modifications. The current exit window will be removed and a new one installed on the side opposite to the roof ladder.
