2018–2020 Polaris Phoenix 200 Recall

Issued April 17, 2020
Issue
Hazard description
This recall was replaced by Transport Canada Recall No. 2021-331. Issue: On certain ATVs, the throttle lever stop may have been damaged during shipping. As a result, the throttle could stick in the open position. Safety Risk: If the throttle sticks in the open position, an operator may be unable to slow or control the speed of the ATV. This could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your ATV to a dealer to replace the throttle lever assembly and limiter. To reduce the safety risk, Polaris recommends that you should avoid riding your ATV until the recall repairs have been completed.
