Hazard description
Issue: On one car, the forward-facing camera may not be aligned correctly. As a result, different safety systems may not work properly. This includes the pre-collision assist, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping system, driver alert, and auto high beam control. Safety Risk: Safety systems that do not work properly could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Ford will notify the owner and instruct them to take the car to a Ford dealer to realign the forward-facing camera.
