Hazard description
Issue: On certain booster seats, the headrest could crack and separate from the seat in a crash. Safety Risk: A headrest that separates from the seat could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective Actions: Diono will mail a notice to all registered owners. A replacement backrest (including the headrest) will be made available to you. Note: Diono suggests that you may remove the backrest and use the seat as a backless booster until receiving the replacement backrest. Click here for more information.
