Hazard description
Issue: On certain RV trailers, the supporting brackets for the flip-up bunk bed may not have been installed correctly. As a result, the bunk could fail and cause a person to fall. Safety risk: Falling from a bunk bed could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your RV trailer to a dealer to reinstall the supporting brackets for the flip-up bunk.
