Hazard description
On certain vehicles, the wrong wheel lock bolts may have been installed. As a result, the wheels and the threads on the axle hubs may have been damaged. This could cause a wheel lock bolt to loosen and fall off. If this happens, a wheel could separate from the vehicle.
