Hazard description
On certain child car seats, the owner's manual doesn't provide clear instructions for how to lock the vehicle seat belt when using the seat in a rear-facing position. UPDATE - After further discussions between Diono and Transport Canada, it was determined that this issue is unlikely to affect safety.
