Issue: Certain vehicles were built with reflective tape instead of the required reflex reflectors. Canadian regulations require vehicles to have reflex reflectors in specific locations. Safety Risk: A vehicle without proper reflex reflectors may be less visible to others. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Action: Truck Outfitters Canada Inc. will notify owners by mail and provide you with the parts and instructions for installing the reflex reflectors.
