Hazard description
On certain motorhomes, the rear axle was not properly filled with oil. As a result, the tail bearings could seize and the pinion stem could break. If this happens, the driveshaft could separate from the rear axle and cause a loss of power to the wheels. This could also cause the motorhome to move when the transmission is in Park, if the parking brake is not used.
