2024–2025 Coachmen Cross Trail Recall

Issue: On certain motorhomes, the exterior ladder may not have been installed properly. As a result, the ladder could detach if you use it. Safety Risk: A ladder that detaches could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorhome to a dealership to inspect the exterior ladder. It will be removed and replaced, as necessary. To reduce the safety risk, Forest River recommends not to use the ladder until the recall repairs have been completed.
