On certain transit buses, the recall repairs completed during Transport Canada recall no. 2023-291 may not be effective. As a result, a second repair is required. On certain transit buses, the driver's seat back panel could interfere with the driver's seat belt. As a result, the driver's seat belt may not retract properly.
