Hazard description
Issue: On a small number of RV trailers, an anti-siphon vent may not have been installed between the washing machine and waste water tank. As a result, gas from the waste water tank could enter the RV. Safety Risk: Sewer gas that enters the RV could increase the risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Forest River will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to install an anti-siphon vent.
