Hazard description
Issue: Certain RV trailers were equipped with safety chains that are not strong enough. As a result, if the trailer becomes uncoupled from the tow vehicle, the safety chains could break. This could allow the trailer to detach from the tow vehicle. Safety Risk: A trailer that separates from the tow vehicle could create the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Starcraft RV will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to replace the safety chains with stronger ones.
