Hazard description
Issue: On one RV trailer, the emergency exit window may not have been installed. As a result, you may not be able to escape from the trailer in an emergency if the entry door is blocked. Safety Risk: A missing emergency exit could increase the risk of injury in an emergency. Corrective Actions: The affected trailer has not been delivered to a customer. Forest River will instruct the dealer to install an emergency exit window before the trailer is delivered.
