Plastic tip restraint kits included with Childcraft furniture have been recalled in Canada. The plastic restraint kits can break or degrade over time, creating tip-over and entrapment hazards that may result in serious injury or death to children and elderly consumers. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact School Specialty for a free replacement stainless steel tip restraint kit, while keeping children away from the furniture until the replacement arrives.

Health Canada has recalled the COHEALI Wooden Pacifier Clip for babies that was previously available on Amazon.ca. The screw connecting the wooden piece to the metal clip can loosen and pose a choking hazard to children under three years of age.
